AFTER SUNSET
A great way to serve Porthilly straight up.
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Pure Golden Rum
- Wedge of lime
METHOD
Fill a third glass with 20cm of water and place on a level surface in your freezer.
Once frozen remove this glass from the fridge and fill it with a measure of Porthilly rum straight away.
Squeeze a small wedge of lime into the drink to garnish.
