Porthilly Spirit Golden Rum begins life as a wine made from fermented sugar cane molasses before being distilled in 200L handmade copper stills. Next we blend this spirit with pure Cornish spring water. Our rum has a light golden tone and notes of vanilla, tobacco and salt caramel.
