Barrel ageing gin is nearly as old as the spirit itself. The practice dates back to the late 18th century, when oak casks were used to store and transport the juniper-infused spirit.
For our barrel ageing we handpicked a selection of beautiful oak casks previous used for storing Sherry to rest our award-winning Cornish Coastal Gin for four months. The result is a delightful sipping gin with delicate complexity that also works wonderfully well in a classic Negroni.
