LONG & REFRESHING
The tarragon brings a gentle flavour of anise and makes for a great partner to Porthilly vodka. The honey is a lovely contrast to the bitterness of the grapefruit.
- 50ml Cornish Vodka
- 12.5ml fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp clear honey
- 125ml Soda
- Dash of Angostura bitters
- Large sprig of fresh tarragon
- Thin wheel of pink grapefruit
- Ice cubes
Lightly muddle 3/4 of the tarragon with the honey and lemon juice in your chosen glass.
Next add the vodka and bitters. Fill the glass with ice, top with soda and stir.
Garnish with the remaining tarragon and the thin wheel of grapefruit.
