Vodka, Orange & Campari

A great brunch drink. This recipe sees the infamous Garibaldi recipe spiked with vodka.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25ml Cornish Vodka
  • 50ml Campari 
  • 125ml strained fresh blood or regular orange juice
  • Brined Nocerella olive
  • Blood orange wedge
  • Ice cubes

METHOD

Combine the orange juice, Campari and Porthilly Spirit Cornish Vodka in a large jug and blitz. Fill your glass with ice and top with the blitzed cocktail.

Garnish with the olive and orange wedge on a metal cocktail stick.

To achieve a wonderfully light and aerated drink use an electric hand-blender.
