A great brunch drink. This recipe sees the infamous Garibaldi recipe spiked with vodka.
SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS

25ml Cornish Vodka
- 50ml Campari
- 125ml strained fresh blood or regular orange juice
- Brined Nocerella olive
- Blood orange wedge
- Ice cubes
METHOD
- Combine the orange juice, Campari and Porthilly Spirit Cornish Vodka in a large jug and blitz. Fill your glass with ice and top with the blitzed cocktail.
- Garnish with the olive and orange wedge on a metal cocktail stick.
- To achieve a wonderfully light and aerated drink use an electric hand-blender.
