LONG & REFRESHING
If you have Pimms in mind for drinks in the sunshine try this delicate and aromatic alternative. Making the Earl Grey syrup really is worth the extra effort as it brings delightful hints of bergamot.
SERVES 1
INGREDIENTS
- 50ml Cornish Vodka
- 25ml Campari
- 12.5ml Earl Grey syrup
- Tonic water to top
- Handful of raspberries, save 3 for the garnish
- Sprig of mint
- Cucumber ribbon
- Nocerella olive
- Thin wheel of apple
- Thin wheel of lime
- Ice cubes
METHOD
Muddle a handful of raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker, next add the vodka, Campari and earl grey syrup.
Stir and strain in your chosen glass filled with ice. Top with tonic and stir once again.
Garnish with the three remaining raspberries, mint, cucumber, olive, apple and lime.
