This drink departs from the traditional equal parts recipe and brings the gin botanicals into the show. The rosemary sprig should still be smoking as the drink is served.
- 35ml Cornish Coastal Gin
- 25ml Punt e Mes
- 15ml Campari
- Slice of charred grapefruit
- Ice Cubes
Combine the gin, Punt e Mes and Campari in a chilled mixing glass, add ice cubes and stir until chilled.
Strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with a slice charred grapefruit and a sprig of rosemary.
For the grapefruit use a small blowtorch and sprinkle the slice with a pinch of sugar before torching.
