This drink departs from the traditional equal parts recipe and brings the gin botanicals into the show. The rosemary sprig should still be smoking as the drink is served.

INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Cornish Coastal Gin
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 5ml 2:1 sugar syrup
  • 75ml Champagne
  • Lemon twist to garnish

METHOD

Combine the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin in a shaker. Add ice and shake.

Fine strain into a flute and top with Champagne.
